Installation Procedure
Step 1 - Download and Launch
Save the download software above to your desktop. Double click the downloaded file to launch the setup process.
Step 2 - Create an account
Click to acknowledge the license agreement and verify the installation directory. Once the installation is completed, you will dbl click the CDSCorpBUS icon to launch the program. You will need to enroll with the BUS Server and create an account to use. Please use a monitored email address for your account ID as all alerts will be sent to this mailbox.
Step 3 - Set your schedule, files
You will need to change the default backup sets to suit your
needs. Use the BitBackup Daily to get those files and
directories that can change anytime during the week or day.
Use this job or create another job for databases such as accounting
or Sharepoint.
Use the weekly job to capture the system state for the
system. This is best run using the Full Backup method.
